The UNE Medical Centre provides service and support to students, staff and the wider Armidale region.
We believe that everyone should have access to valued health services, facilities, and information. Our team is committed to understanding each individuals needs so we are able to deliver the best possible care for you.
We are a General Practice accredited by AGPALand an accredited university teaching practice. This means at times we have medical students from UNE working alongside our team and learning new skills. All students are supervised by an assigned practice doctor, and we will always ask if you’re happy to have a student accompany your doctor on your visit to the practice.
All patient consultations and medical records are kept strictly confidential.
After hours and home visits are generally not available from this surgery, we advise patients to attend the Emergency Department at the Armidale hospital – which is located next to us on O’Dell Street.
UNE Medical Centre is General Practice accredited by AGPAL. The surgery operates with independent doctors. UNE Medical Centre is owned by The University of New England and managed in collaboration with UNE Life.
